Pet Community Outreach

The Posh team will be at our first Pet Community Outreach event. We will be visiting the residents with our rescue dogs at the ManorCare Health Services. We hope to bring some happiness and sunshine by having our dogs play and interact with the residents. Many had dogs of their own prior to coming to the retirement facility and we know that they miss their companion and best friend.

Past Events

The Posh team had its 1st Community Outreach event at Manor Care Health Services in Northbrook. We were there to bring some comfort to those who are ill and disabled. Our two therapy dogs Charlie and Oreo brought a lot of sunshine to many of the residents. Many of them had dogs prior to going to the facility.

We talked about times past and many had great stories of their dogs. We had such a good time meeting all the residents. We wanted to personally thank Wendy who helped organize the event and for the friendly staff during our visit. We are looking forward to coming back so we can bring some sunshine to those who enjoy petting our therapy dogs.
